This boat has been taken down to the hull and built back up to custom specifications by a knowledgeable and professional mariner. Hull is updated with interlux polyurethane paint (Grand Banks Beige) above the waterline, Petit antifouling bottom paint(black), completed with a smart rubber rub-rail with rope insert from Taco Inc.
New decks, built to drain and seamless to cabin exterior, triple glassed and gelcoated. Handrails are polished aluminum coated with Shark-hide protectant to prevent oxidation. A removable (oiled) teak cap tops the handrails on all decks and around the boat. A custom deck is added to the stern providing rear deck shade and extra sun bathing topside.
The interior is completely new from the stringers up. Entry to main salon and galley up. Forward cuddy with two single berths is accessed forward at helm. New stainmaster carpet throughout with bamboo flooring in galley and head. New hardwood cabinets and trim throughout with hidden accent lighting around overhead valance. Same theme with smooth walls is carried sternward to the master and bath. Extensive storage space throughout.
Bathroom layout is redesigned to include a full sized elegant wraparound shower, oversized vanity with great lighting and mirrors, and a full size head with multiple control features and 1.5 quart freshwater flush. The master is roomy with large dresser and hanging locker also with interior lighting.
To be appreciated most is the accessibility of all plumbing (PEX) throughout the boat, the holding tanks, hot water heater and marine ac unit are located in a full access crawlspace and each unit is removable without disturbing any other feature of the boat. There is room to add extra tank capacity should the need arise. This boat has been rebuilt for ease of maintenance and simple to understand its systems.
The twin 350 mercruisers coupled with a modified v-hull are a great cruising and handling package. Designed for speed or trawling, this hull can be managed easily with one engine also. The generator package is a 7.5KW Kohler.
