This BEAUTIFUL 1985 Gibson freshwater houseboat is currently located on Lake Marie, Chain O' Lakes, near Antioch, Illinois, but can be relocated and is in very good condition. She comfortably sleeps six people, has a 40 gallon fresh water tank with a hot water heater, shower and head. The large refrigerator works off of either AC shore power, an internal DC to AC inverter system, or on straight DC power. The kitchen includes a propane stove top and oven, along with a microwave and plenty of storage for you cooking needs.
Other accessories include air conditioning, heater, generator, marine radio, swim platform, depth finder, all inside furnishings (sofas/futons, curtains, mattresses, etc.), and a wonderfully bright spot light. Also included are two large anchors, the Sony CD player/radio, and an automatic Charles Battery Charging System. While she boasts two 50 gallon fuel tanks, the Volvo 145A I/O engine is very fuel efficient and, combined with the 40 gallon holding tank, generator, and inverter system, allows the boater to spend many nights away from the dock.
