Information about the houseboat Buoy Lease on Lake Oroville, California.
The buoy lease is $3,600.00 per year. The lease is Transferable to the new boat owner. If you had to buy a Buoy Lease it would cost $10,000.00 at the 2009 year price.
The buoy lease includes the pumping of the boats Black and Gray water holding tanks at the marina free of charge. Normally this is a $45.00 charge to non-lease holders. Fresh water is available at the marina which is included in the buoy lease fee. Their is a general store at the marina with food and gas available. Propane has to be bought at a gas station near by.
Lease also includes the boat and buoy being moved by the marina according to the lake level, free of charge.
