We have a few week opens for resale on our shared-ownership houseboat Mystic Dancer moored with GCNRA at Wahweap Marina. Authorized for re-sale and listed with ARAMARK this season is Week #29 during the prime season and Week #40 late in the season. Details on these open weeks are as follows:

*Week #26 26JUN11-3JUL11 (Sunday 1500 to Sunday 0900) has Week #26 has been for sale to the public or existing owner for a few months. However to motivate buyers to act—Week #26 Owner has drastically reduced TOTAL SALES COSTS to $4500 or best offer. All 2011 Annual Dues/Fees included in sales costs including seller funding of $330 for ARAMARK’s closing costs to sweeten deal. Week #26’s Owner will not be able to use his week this year and has to find a buyer this month that would like a week on the Dancer for a bargain price! $4500 is a killer deal for a buyer of Dancer’s Prime 4th of July week. Week #26 will not be on the market long at a price this low, now is the time to step into a houseboating vacation on Lake Powell.

*Week #40 is 2OCT11 to 9OCT11 (Sunday 1500 to Sunday 0900) and last week on our schedule so extended vacations pass your “owned” week are easily arranged. It is for sale to the public or existing owner for $3500 or best offer. List price includes estimated 2011 Annual Dues of $2500. Special deal of $315 towards ARAMARK's closing cost funded by seller. Currently there are 18 weeks active, of which 2 are open for re-sale at fantastic low prices to allow the lucky buyers the experience of visiting Glen Canyon NRA the way it should be done—on your own houseboat, and not be a costly rental. Mystic Dancer is a 1996 Stardust Cruiser Houseboat, 60'x14', great shape and has extensive upgrades to many to list here but notably a new 3rd deck that we had installed in 2007. Both engines have been replaced in 2011 & repowered with Bravo II 5.7.

Additionally in 2009 we upgraded to a conventional refrigerator on its own inverter and isolated inverter bank battery. We got rid of the old inefficient OEM, hard to keep at a safe food temperature in summer, RV-style AC/DC/LP appliances. A new generator was purchased in 2007. A CO safety dry stack exhaust for generator was installed in 2006. Both outdrives are new, one replaced in 2006 and the other in 2008. Annual Dues in 2010 were $2500 per week.
