Overview: Bertram, one of the finest names in Yachting. Built in 1984 and refit in 1988 with a 12 foot cockpit extension adding not only cockpit space but also a nice aft deck with half tower, full lazarette area with storage as well as a tool/ work space, which was at one time crews quarters. She has a triple stateroom layout and galley down design. She features twin 675 HP 12V71TI Detroit diesel engines with only 1067 hours since major overhaul. Two generators, one a 20 kw Onan Generator and the second a 30 KW Onan both in hush boxes. She has a very large easy to work in engine room. Good electronics including radar and chartplotter combination in the pilothouse, autopilot and much more. Flybridge with excellent visibility and seating, air conditioned pilothouse, beautiful air conditioned aft saloon, enormous salon / dining room below and large full galley. Walk Thru: Enter the yacht via the swim platform and you enter the large and spacious cockpit with plenty of room for any of your favorite water sports. There is a 128 quart refrigerator freezer / chiller under the large aft deck above. A hatch in the cockpit leads to the huge Lazarette. Forward in the cockpit is the tool / work room which was at one time the crews quarters. This could be returned to crews quarters as all utilities are still in place. Up a few steps to the aft deck, you will find a table and deck chairs under a shade producing half tower. To port is the entrance to the air conditioned aft Saloon. Fully enclosed, windows on all sides, this is the perfect causal family room. A very large Hi-Lo Table with 3 wicker chairs as well as a large L-shaped sofa provide seating for dining, visiting, watching television on the flat screen Sony or just relaxing with friends. To port is a wet bar, icemaker and the ladder to the flying bridge. Her flying bridge is a very large and spacious deck with excellent visibility, good electronics and twin captains chairs at the helm. Ample bench seating for friends and family as well as plenty of room on the aft deck roof to launch her tender via the davit system. Once again below in the aft Saloon, looking forward behind the etched glass wall is the Pilothouse. Fully air conditioned with two captains chairs the helm is fully instrumented with gauges and electronics ranging from radar to autopilot to engine monitors. Visibility from this helm station is so good that she can easily be run and docked from this location. Access to all weather decks is very quick and easy. Going below and entering the salon via the gentle steps from the pilothouse, you are first struck by the openness of the salon and galley down. Deep beige carpeting is color coordinated to the beige and sea foam green fabrics making this formal salon area bright and airy yet elegant. An L shaped sectional sofa is along the starboard and aft walls. Forward and to starboard is a breakfast bar with two barrel chairs above the galley. To port is the entertainment center built into the wall. Forward of that is the formal dining area with huge glass topped table and four comfortable chairs. Above the dining area is a 28 color TV located for excellent viewing from any angle in the salon. Down a couple steps to the very large galley with matching Whirlpool appliances, expansive counter top space, drawers, cabinets and much more. This very pleasant galley has plenty of storage and space for preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal. A fold down table is also built into the wall by the steps for additional countertop space or informal dining in the galley area. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, full stove with oven and refrigerator are only some of the major appliances found here. Moving aft thru the Salon, the owners suite is accessed by the steps aft and to port. Entering the stateroom you are immediately taken by the mirrored wall which is the aft end of the stateroom. Hidden in the mirrors are a gentlemen's closet and a ladies walk-in dressing room / closet. To starboard is a king-size island bed with nightstands on either side. Opposite the bed is a wall of drawers with counter space above and a large 28 TV with VCR. To the right side of the entry door is a built-in desk and jewelry cabinet. Plenty of room for a computer and other office needs behind the drop down desk top. The ensuite head is to the right of the desk. There is a full size shower with tile decks and walls. Full vanity and plenty of storage. Back in the salon and down the steps thru the galley you find the VIP stateroom to port. Twin beds with nightstand and built-in TV, large locker and plenty of drawer space. The ensuite head, with access from the main passageway is ample in size with separate shower, vanity and more. In the main passageway to starboard, behind a door is the washer / dryer combination with plenty of storage space. All the way forward is the second guest stateroom or Captain's Quarters featuring twin V-berth, ensuite head, plenty of storage and hanging lockers. This is a long range cruising vessel. She has made the passage from Florida to Venezuela and back numerous times and is a fully stabilized, very comfortable and dry vessel. With over 2000 gallons of fuel capacity she is capable of nearly unlimited cruising. She is a comfortable, stylish yacht with all the versatility one would expect from a Bertram. She has been meticulously maintained by the owner and in excellent condition.
