Description: COMPLETE REFIT - OVER $22,000 INVESTED. ALL RECORDS. Everything on this YACHT in NEW, from new bottom paint, new cushions, new instruments, new sails, to the new rigging. This YACHT is nearly a new boat. This is the best Ericson 38 on market, of any year it's an 8-10. ACCOMMODATIONS This beautifully finished all teak interior with teak and holly cabin sole comfortably accommodates six/seven in two double staterooms plus convertible dinette and bench. All teak has been refinished in 2003. MAIN SALON The spacious main salon features U-shaped dinette to port and opposite to starboard is a seven foot sette that converts to game table or bunk with storage lockers above and behind. 6'4 headroom with vinyl headliner and overheard handrails, hanging wet locker, heater, drapes. New cushions 7/02 NAVIGATION STATION to port aft of the dinette is the forward facing navigation station with a large chart table with built in drawers, electrical panel, and built electronics.
