The J130 is a light weight fast racer-cruiser. The bulb keel, combined with the carbon fiber mast create a wonderfully blanced boat that sails over 7knots in 12 knots of wind. Downwind J?s famous bowsprit system allows two people to easily handle the asymmetrical chute. Sea Hawk is superbly equipped and is ready for her new owner to take her cruising and/or racing in comfort.

Accomodations & Layout
There are two oval doorways forward through the main bulkhead into the forward stateroom area, with an enclosed head to starboard, and a large stand-up vanity and hanging locker to port. The large double V-berth has sail storage underneath forward and duffel storage aft, accessible without lifting bunk lids.
Enclosed head with mirror, open storage outboard, dual purpose shower/sink spigot, TP holder and two doors - into the main cabin and forepeak.

Hull and Deck
Sea Hawk was the first J130 (hull #27) using the patented TPI resin infused SCRIMP composite sandwich construction. Lloyd's approved, aircraft grade CK57 (6 lbs/cu.ft) Baltek end-grained balsa laminate, with biaxial and uni-directional glass fabrics. Interplastic vinylester resin on the outer hull skin. Lead & antimony fixed 6350 lb. 8.5' draft, fin keel. White Cook NPG ISO gelcoat on hull with single (1.75 to 3.25) tapered bootstripe and cove stripe with J. Bonded hull-to-deck, joint through-bolted with ORC 1.5 toe-rails forward of mast and outboard of primary winch, and clear anodized 6' sections of T track between amidships stanchions for reaching leads. Stainless steel handrails on cabin trunk. GRP molded main structural bulkhead, glassed fore & aft on hull and deck as support for shroud chainplates with dual openings for head and forepeak. Heavy-duty glass floor beams, infused into the hull for ultimate keel support and hull stiffening. Fabricated Aluminum Mast step with transverse webs fastened to the main bulkhead. Cockpit seat locker to starboard. Afterdeck gear locker and steering access. Molded propane locker to port, vented overboard. Molded companionway seahood with integral instrument pod. Positive traction nonskid on deck surfaces. Two Lewmar 58 AST, 2 speed primary winches with 5:1/13:1 gear ratios
