The sailing equipment is in very good condition with many improvements.The mast was replaced six years ago, the standing rigging was replaced 3 years ago, the halyards and running rigging are new this year. The genoa roller furling was totally serviced and mechanical improvements made two years ago. In the cabin, the Jabsco marine head, plumbing hoses, macerator, holding tank are new. The galley Force 10 (3) burner stove/oven is new. This is a very clean sailboat with solid topdecks, good canvas, and well maintained systems and sailing equipment. She was originally factory built as a yawl and later converted to a sloop. She can easily be converted back to a yawl if a new owner prefers. Deck:The deck is solid and shows no signs of stress cracks or gel coat cracks. Bottom job in 2003 and sea cocks serviced and exercised at that time. Anchor and anchor rollers on bow pulpit. The cockpit is very large at 9'5. The wheel steering is in the forward section of the cockpit and is protected by the bimini and the dodger. There are (3) lazarettes for storage of extra sails, fenders, lines, etc. (2) Danforth anchors
Mechanical:NEW Yanmar 3GM30F, fresh water cooled, with 400 hours has total access for maintenance. NEW fuel tanks added five years ago.
