Designed in Newport Beach, ODYSSEY is a beautiful 46'
motoryacht whose owner has continually upgraded her
mechanical systems. ODYSSEY is a great cruising vessel or
provides fantastic space for a live-aboard yacht.
Accommodations
Sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2 staterooms, plus 2 settes for a
total of 6 berths. There are one owner and one guest staterooms
including 2 heads and showers.
Many upgrades recently including the addition of teak parquet
flooring in 2004. Teak walls throughout with beautifully carved
doors and trim. Recent addition of new carpeting and soft
goods. Red night lighting is conveniently located throughout the
vessel.
Vessel Walkthrough
Entrance through starboard side salon sliding door or through
aft wing sundeck doors. Engine access through salon floor or
master cabin stairs. Galley down with forward VIP stateroom.
Ensuite head and access door opposite galley. Aft master cabin
with ensuite head. A curved wooden staircase leads up to
sundeck and then continuing up to flybridge. The aft deck is a
comfortable lounge area and could be great for al fresco dining.
The fly bridge serves as another entertaining area, as well as
provides for a full helm station with great visibility.
Salon
The salon is roomy and bright. On starboardside is a double size
futon. Forward is a hinged cabinet for storage that houses a full
set of instrument gauges. Portside has a dining table with 4
chairs.Forward is a counter separating the galley that may be
used as a snack bar.

The VIP guest stateroom is forward and has a centerline double
berth. Numerous hanging lockers, cabinets, and drawers
providing for generous stowage. Overhead hatch serves as
emergency exit and provides for good ventillation along with 2
portlights. The ensuite head has a full standup separate shower
stall. The head can be accessed from the forward
companionway/galley making good use as a dayhead.

Additional Remarks
In 2003 bottom sandblasted, re-epoxied and painted. All pumps
and head motors replaced in 2000. Superstructure repainted
with awlgrip.
ODYSSEY has been enjoyed by this owner, only the second
owner, for almost four years. He has been meticulous in
upgrades and maintenance while enjoying occasional cruises to
the Bahamas. The owner has now found a larger yacht and will
consider all reasonable offers on this fine vessel.
