INCLUDED in asking price: Gulf of Mexico Federal National Marine Fisheries permits. NOAA has not issued new permits in close to a decade as the permitting process is in moratorium. These very difficult-to-obtain reef and migratory pelagic permits are transferable - and will allow you to fish for every species that requires a permit in the Gulf of Mexico. The permits are specific to charter operations and allow your passengers to keep their catch (permits do not allow you to sell your catch commercially.) The permits are valid anywhere in the Gulf of Mexico from Key West, Florida to Brownsville, Texas.

The boat is a federally documented 33' charter fishing vessel equipped with twin Yanmar 240 HP diesel engines for lower insurance, economy of operation and safety. They were bought brand-new in '03 and were the largest 4-cylinder diesels at the time of purchase. Open-air boat configuration has a centralized, high capacity live well and under-deck plumbing. The vessel has two 125-gallon aluminum fuel tanks and cruises 16-18 knots.

The Egg Harbor fiberglass hull was produced in '76 and completely redone "express style" in '96. In '01, a tower with controls was added. Electronics include a top-of-the-line Furuno Radar with a 48-mile open array, an 8" Sytex color bottom machine, GPS color chart plotter with moving map and 2 VHF radios.
